Refund & Returns Policy

Original Paintings: Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all original sales are considered final. If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Digital Downloads: All digital products are final sale and non-refundable. However, if you have trouble accessing your files or need help downloading, please reach out — we’re happy to assist.

Terms of Use

All artwork, designs, and digital files sold through Jenn Campbell Studio are protected by copyright and are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

You may:

• Print digital downloads for personal home décor

• Gift them to friends or family
